Will the painting be finished at the event?
That depends on the canvas size, composition and service duration. We’ll discuss any finishing work needed afterward and how you’ll receive the painting.
What does the artist need at the venue?
A small table and chair, access to water, and a level, well-lit spot with a clear view of the scene. Allow at least four feet of clear space around the artist and easel, with a floor covering or protected surface.
Outdoor setups need full shade and cover from sun, wind and rain. Please arrange convenient load-in access and complimentary nearby parking.
