Privacy notice

This notice explains information collected through the CreateLine website and messages sent using its contact links. For privacy questions, email info@createline.net.

Information you provide

When you request a proposal, we receive your name, email address, phone number, company or organization if provided, event date, venue or location, start time, service duration, guest count, service interests and any details you include. We also receive your optional email-updates choice. When you sign up for email updates, we receive your email address and a record of the signup, including the wording shown, source page and submission details. If you email an artist or event crew application, we receive the contact details, experience, availability and portfolio information you choose to send. Please do not include payment-card numbers, identification documents or other sensitive information.

How it is used

We use inquiry information to respond, prepare proposals and discuss or arrange requested services. If you choose to receive email updates, we use your email address to send CreateLine event ideas, news, new experiences and occasional promotional messages. Application information is used to review potential event-team opportunities and contact applicants.

Email updates and your choices

You can join our email list through the footer signup or by selecting the optional email-updates box when requesting a proposal. Submitting an inquiry or application alone does not sign you up. Choosing not to subscribe does not affect your inquiry or booking.

You can unsubscribe using the option in a marketing email or by emailing info@createline.net. We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. We may retain a limited record of your email address and opt-out choice so we can respect it. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop replies or service messages relating to an inquiry or booking you requested.

Signup requests and subscription choices are currently forwarded to CreateLine by email for list management. We keep the permission records needed to manage subscriptions and respect your choices.

Service providers

The proposal and email-signup forms use FormSubmit to process submissions and forward them to CreateLine by email. Information passes through that service and our email provider. Website hosting providers may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. Team members responding to inquiries, managing email subscriptions or reviewing applications may access information relevant to that purpose.

Cookies, analytics and browser signals

This website’s pages do not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts and do not use browser storage to track visitors across websites. Because the site does not perform that tracking, a browser’s Do Not Track signal does not change its behavior. Hosting or form services may use technical logs or cookies for their own service functions. External websites reached through links have their own privacy practices.

Your questions and requests

You may email us to ask about information you have provided or request a correction or deletion. Include enough information to identify your inquiry, subscription or application, without sending sensitive identification documents. We may need to verify the request and retain records necessary for an active service or applicable obligations. You can also contact us by email instead of using the proposal form.

Changes to this notice

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will also be identified here.
